Time waits for no man…and apparently no woman either. Check out our favourite smartwatches that are so much more chic than geek.
Mondaine Helvetica 1 Smart
We love how the simple, traditional face with Helvetica font pays tribute to a bygone era (you know, before your wrist-wear could flash and vibrate).
Although it doesn’t actually vibrate when you receive a notification like most other smartwatches, it has a sleep tracker that records light and deep patterns, and a second smaller hand that shows your step goal percentage. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for its UK release.
It’s the Champagne model of the 360 that has hearts aflutter with its sophisticated gold strap. But it’s not just a really, really pretty face.
Compatible with most smartphones running Android 4.3 or higher, the 360 features an LCD touchscreen that lets you see alerts from your device, voice recognition, an activity tracker, and a built-in heart rate monitor.
The Frederique Constant Horological Smartwatch
Although a little on the pricier side, the Frederique Constant is another gorgeous smartwatch with that sought-after vintage appeal (we want the Rose gold-plated stainless steel case please). But its functionality appears to be anything but vintage.
As well as displaying a step tracker, the Frederique Constant connects the MotionX-365 smartphone app for more detailed data. If you’re feeling competitive, the app lets you see other users’ data too.
