With step counting, GPS tracking, and the ability to run Android apps, the Polar M600 may be the most comprehensive fitness watch on the market.

There is a plethora of options on the market if you want to track your fitness, but if you’re looking for something that  does the proverbial ‘all,’ the Polar M600 may fit the bill.

After removing GPS capabilities in order to make last year’s A300 a bit more affordable, Polar have brought it crashing back – along with Android capabilities and 4GB of storage, which pretty much makes the M600 the most comprehensive fitness wearable you could have.

The M600 is definitely not one of the cheaper options, but it certainly has the features to back up the price tag. The Polar heart rate monitor, with it’s custom algorithm and LED lights, is widely considered one of the most accurate available. The GPS tracks your speed, distance, and routes, which can all be analysed by syncing with the Polar Flow app.

The watch is waterproof,  highly durable, and lets you create sport specific profiles – so your training can be catered to your activity.

You can leave your phone safely at home while you work out, and have all notifications come through on your watch. And with the extra 4GB storage you can add any fitness app you like from the Android Wear, as well as music from Google Play.

The M600 will be available in the UK from later this year, and you can pre-order now in white or black. Swappable wrist bands are also on the way, in case you want to spice things up a little bit.
