This rugged little number is the latest tough kid to join generation GoPro.

If you’re after an action camera that you can really treat like dirt, the all-new Olympus Stylus TG-Tracker might well be your perfect match.

A member of the Olympus Tough series, this sturdy beefcake comes with a 204-degree (f/2.0) wide-angle lens and a Truepic TM VII process that can spin 4K video at 30 frames per second. It also has an 8 mexapixel CMOS sensor for stills, 5-axis image stablisation to keep those turbulent shots steady, and a 1.5-inch LCD screen that tilts out.

What’s more, the Stylus TG-Tracker is also packing GPS capabilities to allow geotagging, along with WiFi that lets you beam footage and stills to your iOS or Android device remotely.

And because outdoor adventures and fragile tech aren’t exactly a match made in heaven, the cam’s smart innards are all housed inside a waterproof (100ft), shockproof (7ft), freezeproof (14°F), crushproof (220-lb force) and dustproof outer shell. We reckon that should do it…

The Stylus TG-Tracker’s release date is scheduled for some time in June this year, and it will be available for $350/£240.
